Minimum Plan Length?
Minimum Plan length is 1 calendar month. This is a completely flexible programme where you are in control. You can choose to cancel at anytime before your next monthly payment is due with no additional charges. There is no refund for partial months. All plans will continue indefinitely until you choose to cancel.

What level of fitness do I need to be?
All levels of fitness train in the sessions - with the majority of sessions completed on a time period you can reduce your reps, drop your tempo to suit your fitness level and variations will always be shown for certain exercises.
What equipment is needed?
The only equipment use are Dumbbells and Kettlebells - these are only used in the Strength, Strength & Conditioning workouts. Mats are optional for Yoga or Pilates.

How do I book a plan and how much do they cost ?
Booking a plan is simple, please visit https://www.ianyoungonline.com/plans-pricing and choose a plan that works for you. Three plans are available starting from £25 per month rising to £43 per month.
How do I cancel my plan?
Make sure you’re logged into your account at ianyoungonline.com then visit https://www.ianyoungonline.com/account/my-subscriptions . All active plans will be visible under My Subscriptions. Select the arrow next to plan status this will make the plan details visible then select cancel subscription. Confirm the cancellation. If cancelled you won’t have access to your plan and its benefits after the current billing cycle ends. There is no refund for partial months.
I’m a member, how do I book a workout?
Booking a workout is quick and easy. Make sure you’re logged into your account at ianyoungonline.com then visit https://www.ianyoungonline.com/schedule . Find your preferred workout. Select book workout and follow the on screen instructions. You will receive your zoom link once you have booked your workout.

I’m not a member, can I book an individual workout to try before I purchase a plan?
All workouts are available to book as a single session. Purchasing a plan is not necessary. To book an individual workout visit https://www.ianyoungonline.com/schedule . Find your preferred workout. Select book workout and follow the on screen instructions. You will receive your zoom link once you have booked your workout.

What if I can’t make a live workout?
All live workouts are recorded and put into the “On Demand” library within the Members Area, you can browse through the workouts and pick which one you want to do - you’ll never be stuck for a workout!

Where are the recorded “live zoom” workouts?
All workouts are in the members area, make sure you’re logged in. All On Demand workouts can be found here https://www.ianyoungonline.com/on-demand-workouts . Depending on what plan you have signed up for you can access bonus workouts here https://www.ianyoungonline.com/hurtlocker-workouts .
Do I have to cancel a workout if I can’t make it?
Unlike other platforms there are no penalties for not attending a workout. However, attendance in each class is limited to 500 participants and in the event of workouts being busy be kind to your fellow Ian Young Online team members by cancelling your booking to free up a space.

How do I cancel a workout?
Make sure you’re logged into your account at ianyoungonline.com then visit https://www.ianyoungonline.com/account/my-bookings . All upcoming bookings will be visible under Manage Your Bookings. Select the arrow next to reschedule, this will make the booking details visible then select cancel. Confirm the cancellation.

How do I change my plan?
To change your plan it is advised you first cancel your existing plan immediately before your next monthly payment. Then select a new plan from the available plan options. Instructions on how to book a plan are available above. Please be aware if you cancel your existing plan too early there is no refund for partial months.
Am I better to book on the app or the website?
All workouts and plans are available to book through the website or the app, it’s personal preference.
If I don’t have a google calendar, is there a way to get a reminder for a booking?
Currently it’s only possible to sync your bookings with a google calendar. Email reminders for every workout will be sent 24hrs before the workout starts.
